CMMI for Acquisition (CMMI-ACQ)
This is the official SEI one-day CMMI supplement class and covers the additions to the CMMI-DEV that focus on the practices necessary to implement a successful acquisition program. Participants are introduced to the concepts, structure, and practices incorporated in the CMMI and receive an SEI Certificate of Completion.

This one-day class provides a comprehensive overview of the CMMI, with an emphasis on Maturity Levels 2 and 3.
CMMI Level 3 Workshop
During this one-day workshop helps attendees develop an in-depth, practical understanding of the CMMI Maturity Level 3 process areas.
Measurement and High Maturity Workshop
In addition to covering measurement methods, this advanced workshop provides in-depth coverage of the Maturity Level 4 and 5 process areas.
