We offer several classes for organizations who are establishing more advanced process capabilities:

CMMI Level 3 Workshop

This intense, one-day workshop helps participants understand the concepts and practices associated with a CMMI Maturity Level 3 process.

Measurement and High Maturity

Structured as a two or three-day course, this workshop provides participants with an in-depth understanding of the Maturity Levels 4 and 5 process areas and the quantitative techniques used in high maturity organizations.

Function Point Analysis

This two-day IFPUG Certified course covers the fundamentals of function point analysis.
