Overview
This one-day seminar provides an in-depth look at the CMMI Maturity Levels 4 and 5 practices and discusses statistical and other quantitative methods methods used in high-maturity processes.
Intended Audience
This workshop addresses the needs of:
- Appraisal team members who are participating on high maturity SCAMPI appraisals.
- Process group members who are responsible for defining and supporting high-maturity processes.
- Software and systems professionals who are responsible for implementing measurement programs.
- Project managers and others who are responsible for analyzing and using quantitative information.
Workshop Objectives
- Understand the practices included in the Maturity Level 4 and 5 process areas.
- Learn how quantitative analysis, process modelling, statistical process control, root cause analysis, and other techniqes are used to control and improve process performance.
- Be prepared to critically examine evidence of high maturity processes.
