This half-day workshop, based on our comprehensive Supplier Management Guidebook, presents the fundamentals of an effective supplier management process. Participants discuss how the concepts and practices presented relate to their organization's requirements and environment. At the completion of the workshop, participants will be able to apply proven supplier management practices to their own projects and to initiate the implementation of a standard process for the organization.
