Overview
This one-day workshop presents the fundamentals of an effective requirements management process. Participants discuss how the concepts and practices presented relate to their organization's requirements and environment. At the completion of the workshop, participants will be able to apply proven requirements management practices to their own projects and to initiate the definition of a standard process for the organization.
