This one-day workshop, based on our comprehensive Quality Assurance Guidebook, presents the fundamental elements of an effective QA process. Participants discuss how the concepts and practices presented relate to their organization's requirements and environment. At the completion of the workshop, participants will be able to apply proven QA practices to their own projects and to initiate the implementation of a standard process for the organization.
