Overview
This two-day workshop, based on our comprehensive Project Management Guidebook, presents the fundamental elements of an effective project management process. Participants discuss how the concepts and practices presented relate to their organization's requirements and environment. At the completion of the workshop, participants will be able to apply proven project management practices to their own projects and to initiate the implementation of a standard process for the organization.
