Overview
This one-day workshop, based on our comprehensive Measurement and Analysis Guidebook, presents the fundamentals of an effective measurement process. Participants discuss how the concepts and practices presented relate to their organization's requirements and environment. At the completion of the workshop, participants will be able to apply proven measurement practices to their own projects and to initiate the implementation of a standard process for the organization.
