Overview
This half-day workshop, based on our comprehensive Decision Analysis Guidebook, presents the fundamentals of an effective decision analysis process. Participants discuss how the concepts and practices presented relate to their organization's requirements and environment. At the completion of the workshop, participants will be able to apply proven decision analysis practices to their own projects and to initiate the implementation of a standard process for the organization.
