This one-day workshop, based on our comprehensive Configuration Management Guidebook, presents the fundamentals of an effective configuration management process. Participants discuss how the concepts and practices presented relate to their organization's requirements and environment. At the completion of the workshop, participants will be able to apply proven configuration management practices to their own projects and to initiate the definition of a standard process for the organization.
